The Department Of Obstetrics & Gynaecology handles women & pregnancy related problems and provide best fertility treatment in Kochi. The full spectrum of General and Specialty Gynaecological and Obstetrical Care is offered. The Department deals with General Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Maternal-foetal Medicine, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Gyn Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery and Urogynaecology, Gynaecologic Oncology and family planning. The Department manages high-risk pregnancies and prenatal diagnostic tests like Chorionic Villus Sampling, Amniocentesis, Foetal Colour Doppler and Velocimetry Studies are done. Cancer Screening for perimenopausal women using Colposcopy and Papsmear and Hpv - testing are available. Both outpatient and inpatient services are available.
The Department performs all Gynaecologic procedures including Endoscopic procedures like Laparoscopic Hysterectomy for Fibroids, Ovarian Tumours, Endometriosis, fertility treatment in Kochi Etc. It is well equipped with an experienced team for management of high risk pregnancies and painless labour. The Department is strongly backed by round the clock Neonatology Department.
