    Emergency referral letter from Medical Superintendent of concerned ESI Hospital/Emergency Medical Officer. Letter from treating doctor and submit in ESI Get reference paper from E.S.I within 3 working days from the date of admission.
    Rendering cashless treatment to ESIC employees, Pensioner and eligible dependants as per CGHS Rate.

    The Financial Assistance sanctioned, for specific diseases, as a one-time grant only and is valid for the Medical Certificate/Estimate issued to the patient from Hospital.

    The hospital should commence treatment/ surgery within one year from the date of issue of Sanction letter from PMNRF failing which the sanction will lapse
